We are looking for a reliable high quality supplier who can supply to us raw castings of brake discs, of both the solid and ventilated types. Our current production volume is in the range of 250,000 brake disc per year expected to be at least doubled before the end of 2010. We are not interested in machined parts (final products) as we already have our own machining lines. We are only interested in raw castings as described above. Kindly note that, the supplier should produce according to Mercedes Benz designs and quality standards and strictly meet their requirements, we will provide the supplier with all necessary drawings and technical specifications. While maintaining the desired quality level, we expect the prices to be highly competitive in order to encourage our decision for cooperation.

Supported by the Egyptian government, Egypt OEM built a high-tech plant in the industrial area of 6th of October City, some 30 km southwest of Cairo. In addition to the assembly of Mercedes Benz cars, Egypt OEM is producing brake discs for Mercedes Benz cars of different models and exporting the entire brake disc production to Germany to be distributed by Daimler AG all over the world to cover the spare parts needs. Egypt OEM is also producing sheet metal parts by stamping and exporting this production to Daimler AG to be used both for spare parts needs and for the serial production of Mercedes-Benz cars of different models.
