Do you have any QC standard or concept?) 4/ 提供 <一站式服务>，从模具开发到生产出GRP完成品，过程: a/ 我们的设计工程师 开始 利用 电脑软件 画出 车身需要用GRP的部分的3D数据 (see attached 3D look) b/ 利用3D数据配合CNC 机器造，把某些软材料 塑出 "Foam Master" (see attached sample, 中文翻译是 泡沫初模 或 母模) c/ 用 "foam master" 再复制成量产用的“molding die" (形成模具) d/ 在 形成模具内部糊上 彩色凝胶体 + 糊上玻璃絲 + 高分子樹脂，干燥后取出和打磨 成GRP完成品 注意： 在中国许多的GRP供应商没有能力从电脑3D数据，生产出泡沫初模，需要我们提供样品(step d)。我们不需要这类供应商. 5/ 沟通能力 (You can understand English drawing and willing to communicate by basic English through e-mail.)
