We are in searching a high-quality manufacturer and supplier of plastic fuel tanks. In order for you to understand better what we need, below please check the main requirements of our product. 1) Material – plastic (antistatic) 2) Weight- about 10 kg 3) Volume – about 80 l 4) Dimensions – 850 x 242 x 436 mm (L x H x W) 5) Additional parts for the tank. The tank inside should be filled with sponge material which liquidates the rapid fuel movement while transportation. The flange should be on the top of the tank for the connection with the fuel pump. The dimension of the flange aperture is not less than 145 x 247 mm. About the fire safety certificate. please note that we also need a fire safety certificate which should correspond to the Rules R34 or it should correspond to the European Directive 70/221/EEC (http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/sectors/automotive/documents/directives/directive-70-221-eec_en.htm).
