Buy DB-A-108 Lamp

We are looking for a lamp that will replace our existing one, which our present supplier can no longer provide. The DB-A-108 looks almost identical, but I would like some further information please. We use a 207 12v 5w single contact bulb in the lamp we are presently using, will your lamp take the same bulb? Our lens is plastic not glass, can you provide it with a plastic lens? We purchase the lamps with and without the mounting bracket, could you provide us with both options? We also purchase the lens only sometimes, are you also able to provide lens only if required. If these things are possible, could you give me a price for quantities 250, 500 and 1000.
