Beijing Trigo Consulting &Services Co.; Ltd is a subsidiary of 100% of Trigo, created in the end of 2005, to provide our services to the market here in China.
2. TRIGO benefits
TRIGO undertakes the sorting and reworking of parts on behalf of the supplier. The benefits to the manufacturer are that:
1) It allows their QA personnel to focus on their core business: The analysis of Quality assurance and non disturbance of the supply chain.
2) TRIGO as a third party, takes over the responsibility for ensuring that the quality of components on the line are secured, prior to isolating and
sorting the complete product batch. Thus providing a direct impact on the overall quality of the finished product.
3) TRIGO has experienced and professional teams over various fields so that we can deploy the correct personnel to address a particular
quality issue.
4) TRIGO manages their own resources, so any variability in the level of Quality incidences does not impact the manufacturer’s resources.
5) TRIGO has its own Quality procedures to ensure that its personnel are monitored and audited during the lifetime of any particular mission to
ensure the quality levels are maintained.
6) We provide regular feedback (Electronic and physical), to the manufacturer’s Quality Department and to the supplier, on the mission status.
