Buy Head Lamp

I want to purchase head lamps. I was wondering, what is the process to have several set of these lights made & ready to be fitted for projectors? I'd have maybe 20 pairs made initially to test the market with potential for much more in the future. Please let me know whether it is too small a request to be worth your time.
