We are major suppliers of auto air con systems and parts to OEMs as well as to replacement market in Pakistan. Presently we are developing a system for aftermarket use in a Suzuki 800cc car. This is the low priced most popular car in Pakistan locally known as “Suzuki Mehran” and “Suzuki Maruti” in India. The annual car production is 30 ~36,000 vehicles on an average out of which only 20% is fitted with OE system. It means that about 24 ~ 28,500 vehicles are produced without air con every year. Approximately 20% of these go for dealer option for aircon fitment within first year of purchase, while another 20~25% go for this fitment in next 2 years. We have focused this sector and our first year expected sale is 4,000 systems and we expect an annual increase of about 10% plus (conservative figure). Presently we are looking for a refurbished compressor of for this car. Our basic requirements for this compressor are following: 1. Type: Variable displacement 2. Size: Small (up to 4.0 kg inclusive of clutch Assy) 3. Capacity: Around 60~ 75 cc. 4. Power consumption: 34 ~ 44 W 5. For use in R-134 (a) gas 6. Vee shaped Double Groove Pulley 7. Sound level: Below 65 db @ 1000 rpm and below 75 db @ 3000rpm 8. Clutch coil using copper wire 9. Good Quality Comp Lip Seal, Bearings and Comp Oil (Pls specify brands) Infect we also have surveyed our Local market and we are disappointed to know that 505 series compressors no more attract the customer because of its size and shape etc. So, plz provide us the compressor as per above specs but must be different in shape and size from 505 series compressors.
