We are looking for piston rings to be used in a AC compressor application. Spec for Refrigerant CO2 Piston diameter is .98” Piston ring groove depth and width=TBD with ring manufacture Piston speed is 52 in/sec Cylinder bore is .98” (may change only very little to allow for ring) Maximum compressor compression – 1200 psi Max Temp – 250deg F Expected life – 4,000hrs Please let me know if you have anything that may work for this application.
