Requirements Material TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer) 3 different dampers are needed. All the same shape and size. Only the hardness of the used TPE must be different. We need these different hardness: 40 Sh 50 Sh 60 Sh Sh is the shore scale for measuring hardness. Volume We need 33.333 pieces of each hardness. Each hardness should be produced in a different color. 40 Sh Orange 50 Sh Red 60 Sh Purple Total 100.000 pieces for the first order. 3 orders each year. Yearly volume is 300.000 pieces.
