Buy friction material

We are looking for an ISO certified company in China that can mold a custom friction material onto a large metal wedge for us. The metal wedge is approx. 7 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide and 5.5" long. The friction face would be approx. 5.5 inches wide by approximately 5 inches long by approx 0.25 inches thick. We were told that our friction material needs 15MPa pressure with 180C. the volumes would be approx 2,000 to 4,000 parts every 2 to 4 months but could go as high as 6,000 to 10,000 per month.
