I have been trying to contact Jack Tang and us balmart. My order is nearly ready for loading, but every time I send email to you about delivery date, I do not get a reply. It is very Urgent I get a reply or and email address of someone who will answer back. My company name is alpha sales and accessories and I have been purchasing from us balmart for 7 years. We purchase motorcycle lifts and I havepaid 30% deposit on new order and will need to pay the final 70% when order is finished.Please can you help me to get a line of contact going again.
