Recently we have an inquiry ​ from a big manufacturer as follows: Please give us your rock bottom quotation in USD/pc​ for CFR​ Bandar Abbass​ for​ both Euro 2​ and​ Euro 3​ standard . 1-Ceramic coated​ substrate for Nissan z24: Standard: ​ please give price (CFR) both for Euro 2 and Euro 3 and we will choose one of them. Quantity: 30000 Pcs. ​ Size: according to attached drawing (in mm) The engine volume is​ :​ 2400 cc Drawing and analysis : our analysis and precious metal rate for Euro 2 is attached but please give us your analysis and rate of precious metal for ​ Euro 2 and Euro 3 (how much is your rate of precious metal for Euro 2 and Euro3) Number of holes in oval section:​ 400cpsi. 2- Mate ( cloth ) for above substrate :​ Quantity : 30000​ pcs Dimension of each Mat for Nissan Z24​ Is : Thickness x length x width :​ ​ ​ 6x470x80 ( as attached drawing ) :​ ​ ​ ​ Please note as we wrap this Mat ​ around this substrate so , it ​ should be resistant against the engine heat​ of​ 1000​ ​ centigrade degree and shouldn’t​ be burned. ​ Meanwhile when we wrap the cloth ( green color ) to the substrate , as you see the width of substrate is​ 116 mm​ but the width of the cloth is​ 80 mm , so there will be an empty space of totally​ 36​ mm​ and we wrap the graphite wire( non – burning) ( yellow color) in equal size of​ 18 mm in top and 18 mm in bottom of the substrate as attached shape.
