can this machine program keys for the chrysler CAN systems and also the chrysler fobik keys which are just like the mercedes VAG keys? and can you tell me what the cost of this machine is and if it takes tokens. and does it use the dongles or the cables and adapters? I am located in the USA if that helps with letting me know the cost
