Dear sir/madam,We have ordered before with you the Multiplexer and diagnostic cables (STAR IBM T30) for the Mercedes Benz. Unfortunatly, the Multiplexer and the cables broke. Therefore, we would like to order a new one.Could you please arrange a new one as soon as possible? We would appreciate it if you could let usknow upon receipt if this is possible and in what time frame.Hope the above is clear, but should you need any additional clarifcations, please let us know.With kind regard,M.
