hello,i have bought this C7047TT,but i have a problem from the day of arivel.i can not adjust my volume.if i turn the volume button i can see the bloks change from 0 to 64 but the volume does not change,it stays loud.when i turn left i can see them change from 64 to 0 but stil no change in volume.when i keep turning to the left it goes to mute .is there a sollution for this problem or is the product simply defected and do i get a replacement ?thank you and kind regards,Renaat
