Buy Brake master cylinder

I work for a Canadian company supplying components to the OEM agricultural and industrial markets. I have a client in need of 700-900 pcs (annual quantity) or a light duty brake master cylinder. He's using it on horse carriages, so it's really not heavy use. They currently buy used master cylinders, but he wants a new product. Any small and light duty brake master cylinder should be able to do the job. Most important factor is a low price. Can you send me drawings and specifications of an economical model you do produce already, as well as a price based on 900 pcs each year? I will then look this up with my customer, and we may be interested in trying out samples before ordering 900 pcs / year.
