We are looking for a new partner supplier of brake pads for light and heavy commercial vehicles to grasp the benefits in the cost of purchasing, maintaining levels of quality and safety comparable to those of original spare parts.I send some general inquiries and information regarding the main products in which we are interested, and order management: 1. Are you a producer of brake pads and brake disc ? Do you have all the production process in your plants? (in other terms: are you a trader ? )2. Attached you can find the list of brake pads (code WVA) which we are interested and quantities estimations for first order and total quantities required in one year.3. Do you have restrictions and do you have mandatory minimum order quantities ? 4. Lead time from order to supply.5. Can you give an offer considering , logistic and order management aspects:a. What are your payment conditions ? b. The price and batches : specify price conditions FOB and separate the estimation for Transport cost each order (Is possible that you will take in charge also the transport management or I have to charge another company to manage that point ? what is the cost impact ?)6. Regarding the materials used in the brake pads : they are accepted by European norms ? They are not hazardous materials as asbestos ? 7. Are your pads E-Marked (ECE R90) ? What are the codes certified now and which are in program within next year ? (As you know next year it will become mandatory to have spare parts certified to use also in the commercial vehicle – these are the rumors ) .8. The packaging of your product could be personalized with our packaging and our brand design ? It could be made of a - cardboard of one color, (yellow or green, or red …), b - 1 sticker to apply outside, upon each box to give brand and design to the packaging,c - 1 description sticker.9. Are you OE supplier of European Vehicle Manufactures, or are you specialized in After Market ? 10. Do you have Italian clients, or customers that sell parts in Italy ? Who are them? 11.
