Buy Ignition Distributor

I am planning to replace the external coil distributor with the electronic 1930-73040 / 19030-68151 distributor. Do I still have to use the external coil or just the positive and negative cables that are attached to the coil?Where can I find a wiring diagram for the electrnic distributor? I need that information before I but the new distributor.Thanks
