Right now, our company is looking for business expansion through China. Please, we need your support to establish a good relationship with you and your company in China especially in your plant to capture a new business.We require a supplier for: 1.1- Extruded aluminum coil #: A1050S-H112 (You will find the specifications on the attached document). 26 m.m. and 32 m.m.1.2.- Extruded Tubes Pre-Cut : 85mm x 2500 mm long . A1050S1.3.- Extruded Tubes Pre-Cut : 100mm x 3100 mm long . A1050S2.- Aluminum tape fin from: 26 m.m. , 32 m.m. and 85 m.m.3.- Nokolok- Flux material System binder according to the aluminum tube and fin material.In the attached document, you will find pictures of our oven (dry type) Warwick brand and the technical specifications of the tube that we are using right now.Otherwise, COROVEN wants to change its actual technology to start manufacturing parallel flow condensers and evaporators and we require your support to find toolings manufacturers in China in order to obtain the machines capable of producing about 2500 pieces per month / 1 shift as follow: - 02 Assembling tables: 01 for evaporators plate & fin and 01 for condensers parallel flow system.- 01 fully automatic collecting pipe forming machine for parallel flow system, must be capable to produce different sizes of headers.- 01 fins makings machine and the tooling for parallel flow system (evaporator and condenser).We also want to say you that our company’s President is going to trip to China on next month, so we would like to visit you and your plant.
