We need a product that attached you can find the drawing, the picture of 3D model and manufacturing process of that. If your company is able to produce such a product pls inform us. The inner side of this product is coated with a fabric named “Dacron” and the outside is made from silicone rubber that below you can find the specifications of that. We have no sample to offer there is only 3d model.The quantity we need is 100 and each product is about 2.77 meters.Also we need to know if your engineering department works with 3d modeling softwares or not?if yes pls give me your e-mail so I can send you the 3D model files to you too.Here are the material specifications that we need:Unaged:Hardness: 60 ± 5 Min Tensile: 1100 psi Min Elongation: 400%After oven aging( 22 hours at 100°C (212°F))Max Hardness change: +10Max Tensile change: -35PLS kindly reply us asap.
