I need apump that delivers approximately five litres per minute. It needs to be selfsucking and able to suck water up to four meters. The water can contain oil andI need the pump to be such that it mixes the oil and the water in to anemulsion. It is alsorequired that it is self evacuating when switched off, since the product withinwhich it will be mounted have a tempspec -40 to +70 degrees Celsius. It shallnot be operated at the lower temperatures but it can be subjected to suchtemperatures when in standby. The pumpedwater will have a temperature from 0 to 20 degrees Celsius. I is also requiredthat the product shall work without maintenance for at least five years. Forthe pump this would mean that it must work 2500 hours without maintenance Thevolume will be around 1000-2000 units per year.
