Kindly please be informed that we need gas multi-cyclone filter as below specifications : Separator of solids and particles(such as carbon, Iron Oxide) from natural gas . It should be MULTI-CYCLONE SCRUBBER for installation at the entrance of petrochemical plant as below specifications : Gas flow rate : 120,000 Nm3/hr Max. gas pressure : 60 kg/cm2g Min. gas pressure : 8-12 kg/cm2g Molecular weight of gas : 18-18.6 Density of oil liquids included in gas : 735 kg/m3 Adhesion of oil in natural gas : 23.5 dynes/cm Max. amount of oil liquids in natural gas : 600 lit/hr Max. amount - dimension of solids particles in natural gas : 10 mg/Scm3 - more than 0.5 micron Ambient temperature : -14 to +48 C The vessel should has capability to separate %100 of particles with diameter more than 8 micron and separate %85 of particles with diameter more than 2-4 micron concerning all solids and liquid gas.It should be assure by manufacturer. The vessel should be maintenance free and designation must divest requirement of spare parts. Design , purchasing goods ,produce and shipment is undertake by manufacturer.
