We source large quantity of hardware e.g. Fasteners, nuts and bolts, washers , eye bolts , J Hook etc. which are usually made of Carbon steel ( Zinc platted ) , stainless steel & silicone bronzes and some time even kind of plastics ( Thermo plastics ) All these hardware are custom made and must pass thru international specifications for Threading, coatings,Platting & toque test (as this is used in our product assembly which is UL certified part ) . We request you to please let us have your Company profile , manufacturing facilities ,testing equipments, plating and coating equipments and how you control in process quality to maintain customer requirement/ consistency . Please also indicate platting facilities you have like Zinc, mechanical zinc, Chrome, Stainless Steel & Silicone bronze material processing ? Details about your Quality management system, RoHS etc. is also required . On receipt of your confirmation for confidential agreement and Vendor survey form for prequalification , we shall forward you the set of drawing for initial RFQ ( request for quote ) . In the pre-qualification process, we shall visit your plant for process approval, vendor evaluation and to see your process capability and manufacturing equipments .
