The requirment is as below. Load per axle : 14000 kg Expected stroke =68 mm (leaf spring max. deflection) Stiffness of present spring = (data not available) Preload on the spring = 7000kg Traverse speed of the vehicle = max. 28 km/hr Available eye to eye distance =450mm We may purchase 4-6 samples and depending on the quality performance we shall order for the further requirment. We wish to procure a SHOCK ABSORBER in the present available range with data matching to our requirment approximately. Competant Manufacturer of Design house may contact us so that we can offer drawings of the assembly area. The proposal is required along with a detailed technial Drawing with over all dimensions and performance details. The product and the supplier if confirmed shall be the sole suplier to the application.
