My name is Wayne Watts and I have recently started a small limited liability company in Trinidad and Tobago. A product called FilterMag was our flagship product, and I was marketing it to the local Public Services Corporation and local fleet owners. Recently, I have run into difficulties with the local distributor, who has demanded retroactive payment for already-sold product and has increased the prices substantially. I have since ended my relationship with him and have been actively looking for a similar product that offers the same benefits and features, but at a much better price. I have since ordered samples from a fellow member of Alibaba.com. I am impressed with the sleekness and quality of your models (SD-63, SD-76, SD-92 and SD-115), but because the models are roughly two-thirds the size of the FilterMag models I was previously carrying, I cannot offer the product to the local market at competitive prices. As such, I am approaching you directly to inquire about your pricing and minimum order quantities. Initially, I would like only to place orders like 10 of each model if the prices are to our mutual satisfaction. This also takes into account local Customs policies, duties and charges, as a minimum quantity entry has benefits to me as an importer locally.
