Our Russian company LLC "Cvetprom" with Head office in Moscow and subsidiary office in Rostov-na-Donu need to produce stamping parts. In attached file you will find a drawing and a photo of two details that we use and which we would like to produce on Chinese enterprises. We would like you to investigate the possibility of production of these details at your enterprise. Since we continuously improve our manufactured articles, we also need to know cost of each operation, to be able to calculate possible changes in our production. We are interested in : 1)price of the forging form for each detail 2) price of 1 item for each of the 2 details. Material can be 2 variants: AISI 430 or RRSt 37-2*(DIN standard) with Yellow Zink Plate finish. We need price for both variants. Requirements: Clamp 6mm thickness must stand 480 kg unclamping force. Clamp 3mm thickness must stand 800 kg unclamping force We will also consider your proposals concerning the material , because we need maximum possible resistance to unclamping. Approximate monthly purchase quantity is 200000 items or more. We Besides we are interested in your production capacity concerning analogical or similar products.
