We need to transmit a motion like a gimbal would, but we did not find gimbal suitable for our application. Maybe we do not know, but we did not find a cardan with screw brackets, ie, a cardan to transmit the movement but not between two shafts else between two flat elements (two steel plates) . For that we need to have brackets to screw the board, on both sides, over a flat surface.I attach a pdf to you can see all we have found, but it seems too cumbersome...
