We are looking for Combination Meter for Genset.The specification as follow: Electrical Instrument cluster consisting of – 1.RPM cum Hourmeter – RPM range up to 2200 rpm. The range should have least count of 50 rpm or better. The rpm between 1450-1550 rpm to be indicated in Green color also the rpm between 1750-1850 rpm to be indicated in Green color. RPM should be in analog display of needle, the Hours should be up to 0.1 least count DIGITAL. RPM signal will come from battery charging alternator/main alternator. 2.Water Temperature gage – showing in deg. C. This should show temp up to 120 deg C. Temp above 95 deg C to be indicated in Red color. The least count is not important. But typically should show 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and 110. However, it should not show any further graduation between these numbers. 3.Oil Temperature gage – same as Water Temp gage. This is optional gage. 4.Pressure gage – Showing pressure in kg/cm2. The pressure range between 0-1 kg/cm2 in Red color. Up to 7 kg/cm2. 5.Battery Voltage – showing voltage up to 28/30 V. 6.Battery Current – showing current up to -30 to +30 Amps, least count of 5 Amps. 7.Fuel level gage – showing the fuel level as Empty to Full, with graduation for 1/10th level as least count. 8.Fault Indication for the following required – a.Oil pressure low b.Water Temp high c.Battery charging failure with excitation for battery charging alternator d.Over speeding trip e.Fuel Level at or below 10% f.Emergency Stop activated g.Additional 1-2 lamps
