We have Cummins QSB5.9, Generator Engine and required to replace Alternative Fuel Injector Pump.1. Fuel Injection Pump, P/ No: 3937690 (presently installed pump),Other details: Bosch VP44, Governor Type: Mechanical/ Actuator by EFC module, Not Electronic.Our requirement is Fuel Injector pump run without Electronically governed.Actually presently this engine uses Electronically Governed Injector Pump and now required to drive without electronic governor.The present problem is, the program was lost of ECM/ Control module.Now we required to run without ECM, use with EFC/ Electronic Fuel Controller like use with EFC 3044196 + Actuator [Actuator operated]/ to make simple type fuel system.Do you have any idea of Cummins Engines with Actuator type pumps [Not PT pumps]?Generally we do not servicing these 6 cylinder engines. Therefore we don’t have enough details of them.I came to know about 6CT engines using Injector pump with Actuator + EFC. If you know any details of it, please send me. So we can decide to replace Injector pump with actuator.
