We are looking for a supplier of hoses for new running project SCR MFTBC (OEM_ Mitschubitchi). The hose is assembly on the tank as a control hose of quantity of liquid inside the buses and trucks. An annual quantity is 5300 m. The cutting is made in our plant. The hoses must fulfill requirement incl. in drawing, material test, which are described on below. The material tests are made in our plant in Germany Bonn. See comment relating to tests: 1.1/ The hoses were tested in each test of MFTBC DVP. Necessary tests for a validation of a new material would be: high temperature test: 1000h at 80°C alternating temperature test: 80 cycles, one cycle is: from -30°C to + 80°C in 5h, then 1h at +80°C, then from +80°C to -30°C in 5h and then 1h at -30°C chemical restistant test: several chemical products are tested 16h at 80°C 1.2/ important characteristic length: 235 +15mm / innerdiameter: 7mm +/-0,2mm transparent flexibel UV resistant Ad Blue / urea resistant temperature resistant: longterm from -40°C to 80°C 2.1/ the hoses from monolayer silicone were tested and failed: high temperature test - passed alternating temperature test - failed, because ad blue was diffusing through the material chemical restistant test - passed Be kind and send your quotation DDU/EXW conditions + piece price + tooling price + PPAP/samples.
