I found your website through google and think you may be able to help me.I would like some idea of costs if possible for producing an idea I have had for a small pool/snooker rest (one-offs of this product have been made for wheel chair players but I don't see why it couldn't be useful to able bodied players for an extra reach when necessary). I really need the absolute cheapest way of doing this to start off as I don't know if they will sell although I really think it will. I can image its something every pub pool table could have along with the cues/chalk, its also small so pub players could carry one with them. There are 3 million regular pool/snooker players that play every week in the UK alone.I want this product to be a modern looking alternative to using the old wooden rest for stretching shots. It doesn't replace the old rest but is an alternative when just over stretching.A smooth plastic finish would be perfect and it needs to have a little bit of weight to it (stop it moving around on the cloth too much and not hollow) and I'm not worried about colours at this stage. I do want it to look like just one part (all-one plastic moulding even if to parts need to be joined, hopefully not? Polyurethane has been suggested to me? It might be I can get the design done here therefore just provide you with the drawings so a break down of rough costs would be good.I have attached a quick sketch of how it may look and rough sizes. Im guessing the quote would cover design, prototype, delivery and a say making 100, 500 and 1000 units for now?Anyway, if you need any more information from me please let me know. We are looking for a off the shelf, single ended bellow to mate to ¼” and 5/16” tubing. Our application is to replace vent lines on ATV differentials with these bellows. Many of the OEMs already incorporate this design. This is a low pressure application that will allow the customer to traverse deep water without concern of filling the differential with contamination. At this time we do not have a drawing but I do have a few sample photos I can send if it would be helpful. The part that we have here is 1.25” outer diameter.
