At the moment we have a pretty urgent supply demand from our valuable customer for big engine bearings with diameters up to 300 mm. Inquiry, in particular, is for locomotive engine bearings, 10 sets for Russian and 6 sets for Czech locomotive. For Russian locomotive, in one set goes: 6 pairs of conrod bearings, 1 pair of flanged main bearings and 6 pairs of main bearings And we need 10 sets total. Regarding drawings, they are given in two sizes, layout means in STD measure and semi layout means in SEMI measure. Also, Leteci means Conrod, Osnovni means main bearing and Vodeci flanged main bearing. Furthermore, there are two types of main bearings wide and narrow and they go 6+6 pcs. So, it's 6 cylinders in line engine, but has 4 different drawings because of two types of main bearing. As for the material, it is as follows: Sn - 2 - 4% Zn - 8 -15% Pb - 3 - 6 % Cu - rest Impureness - up to 1% Alloy: Sn - 1.5 - 2.5% Pb - rest Impureness - up to 1% We are still not sure about third, protective layer, whether they need it or not, but you can give us your quotation with protective tin layer (Sn). Now, Czech locomotive, quantity for this one would be 6 sets. One set of these bearings consists of: 1.1. Flanged main bearing - top piece - Vodeci GP - 1 pcs 1.2. Flanged main bearing - bottom piece - Vodeci DP - 1 pcs 2.1. Main bearing - top piece - Osnovni GP - 6 pcs 2.2. Main bearing - bottom piece - Osnovni DP - 6 pcs 3.1. Conrod bearings - top piece - Leteci GP - 6 pcs 3.2. Conrod bearings - top piece - Leteci DP - 6 pcs Required material is: Three-layered bearings - steel bearing sleeve, bronze - mid-coating, white metal - third layer; 0.5 - 0.7 mm thick Hope can find a manufacturer able to produce these for us.
