Specification:: We are searching for a company to provide us with a custom safety belt tongue design. The dimentions for this piece will be of similar thickness to all safety belt tongues. Other dimentions are as follows: 4cm in length x 2cm wide with a 6mm x 1.4mm rectangular hole at the leading edge to catch the female seat belt lock system. The back end of the tongue will need to be approximately 1-2cm longer & 2cm wider (4cm in total width) in order to accept a 2cm flat belt. While rough drawings can be forwarded in a pdf file, although we are open to new design ideas.
