In the year 1989, in a small workshop in Tehran (Capital of Iran) the idea of establishing an engineering services company to render Engineering Services regarding Modern Management Technology came to LLG founders mind and soon after Bahregan Co. was born. In 1993 Bahregan Engineering Company got the character of a Services Engineering Co. specialized in Auto parts business and categorized its activities in three main fields, Inspection, Design of test and control machinery and Promotion the grade of Auto part suppliers in Iran. Shahab Shams Design & Engineering Co. was established in 1994 by the mission of manufacturing auto parts. During the years 94-99 the necessary capital was invested to establish assembly line of electrical auto parts in three main subjects: 1- Electrical and manual window regulator 2- Auto wire harness 3- Central door lock (actuator) Since the year 1999, the beginning of production, till 2004; ever year, production of company increases to double account. At the beginning of the year 2001, by the vision of making activities more specialized and increasing efficiency, Safir Sanat Speed was established, and they managed manufacturing of central door lock actuator. At the beginning of 2002, by having the same aim of increasing efficiency, Jahan Khodro Saba was established, and producing wire harness was transferred to this company. Therefore the production of the year 2002 was increased to 30% more than 2001, 100% in 2003, and the production of 2004 is 200% more than 2003. In 2003, with the aim of presence among global auto-parts manufacturers, LooLoo Group succeeded to attract and absorb foreign investors. The result of this strategy was two companies, by equal capital investment (50%-50%), named IRMA (Iran- Malaysia) with the goal of manufacturing Wire Harness according to international standards, located in Iran, and the other one IRMA Malaysia Co., with the goal of manufacturing Window Regulator and Wire Harness for ASEAN market, located in Malaysia. These manufacturing co.'s and Bahregan Co. which is active in the field of inspection, engineering and quality control, besides Rahe Abrisham Co. which is responsible for commercial and business processed formed LooLoo Group. On the other hand, LooLoo institute of research and development was established in 2006 to gather all R&D activities in the group companies and affiliates. As the affiliate companies, IGI (Iran Green Industries Consortium), PBI (Persian Brake Industries Co.) and Looplast Co. were established. In IGI, CNG products were targeted. In PBI, brake systems and components for automotive were taken into account. & in Looplast, all the mold making and injection part manufacturing activities of group is being controlled.
