We have so many special requirements about suppliers, please see the following information: The finished machined eight is 641 kg, length 43.25 inches, width 20 inches, height 12 inches, material is ZG35 (UNS-J - 13048), yield strength 510 Mpa, tensile strength 740-880 Mpa. The order quantity would be 1000 parts. Our target market is Africa. RFQ 4838 We would like this Top Link Weldment quoted and supplied as a Steel Casting with 48 KSI as minimum yield strength and 80 KSI as minimum tensile strength. In material similar to ZG35 Cr Mo and UNS.J-13048 Machined as per attached drawing and quoted as follows. A. Indicate the material being quoted with yield and tensile strengths. B Quote tooling separate and include the cost of one sample machined and quoted CIF Port of Long Beach California U.S.A. C. Cost of Production Item Cast and Machined C.I.F. Port of Long Beach California. D. Cost of crating as a separate item E. Paint specification will be forwarded and cost of painting requested once suitable supplier has been identified. F. Initial production quantity will be 1000 in first year with additional quantities required thereafter. The attached Weldment drawing to be quoted as a steel casting.
