I'm a re-build and service business, working mostly on Koni and Bilstein shock absorbers. Almost all of what I do is for Lamborghini and Ferrari with a little racing involved too. A small amount of custom manufacturing of shock absorbers that are no longer made and can not be bought by shops restoring older cars.What I'm looking for are the rubber/ steel mounting bushings like the ones pictured you have posted. I can send samples or detailed drawings of what I use and need, but am wondering if you can supply a list of the sizes you have made before. Like I said, most of what I work on is Lamborghini and Ferrari shocks and between the two there are maybe 5 or 6 different sizes. 1. Do you have a list of sizes that you have made that is close to or is the same as Koni and Bilstein shocks? 2. Can these mounting bushings be made with a urethane dampening center instead of rubber?3. What is the minimum number of pieces that can be ordered and cost?4. Can different sizes be ordered at once and count as the minimum number for an order?
