This synchronizer gear is for which car? I need same like this 500pcs.

I wants to order one set of the carsoft cables and interface. I need it to be sent to Norway. Because of the customs it's best if the price at the package are below 30 US$. Is that ok?Will this be sent together with the software? or do I have to buy the software for carsoft some other place?
