Regarding drawings, they are given in two sizes, layout means in STD measure and semi layout means in SEMI measure. Also, Leteci means Conrod, Osnovni means main bearing and Vodeci flanged main bearing. Furthermore, there are two types of main bearings wide and narrow and they go 6+6 pcs. So, it's 6 cylinders in line engine, but has 4 different drawings because of two types of main bearing.
